How professional is your equipment?

We use Sony HD cameras, as well as 4K, all with low light capability, tripods, Tascam digital audio recorders and a Rhino brand slider. For weddings we use six cameras and a digital audio recorder as back-up in case any of our digital audio recorders fails. For receptions we use at least four cameras. The slider allows us to achieve smooth, movie-style shots, which we use for the first dances. For editing we use Davinci Resolve which is updated regularly.

How visible are you during the ceremony?

As little as possible. We dress in such a manner to blend in with everyone else. Prior to the start of the wedding our cameras are mounted on tripods and we stay right in place throughout the entire ceremony until the bride and groom have exited.

Will everyone at my wedding be in the video?

Accepted Answer

We use some wide shots throughout the wedding and reception to capture the overall event. Greetings from your family and guests are also captured with their permission. If anyone doesn’t want to be on camera we respect their wishes.

Will the bride, groom and wedding party have to pose for your shots?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! We remain unobtrusive as possible and capture the great moments as they happen, being very respectful of everyone.

Do you have a drone?

Not just yet, but we're looking into getting one.

Question 6

How soon will you arrive at our wedding site?

Accepted Answer

For all packages we arrive at least an hour before the time of your event. You will not be charged for this extra time. It's the time we need to properly set up all our equipment.

Question 7

How far have you traveled?

Accepted Answer

We’ve traveled over two hour’s driving distance from our office. If we are requested to travel beyond the free 50 mile distance from our office all we charge for is the extra gasoline. We have the right to deem how far we are willing to travel.

Do you set up extra lighting?

Accepted Answer

We don't. Instead, we use cameras with low light capability, thereby using the available natural light.

Question 9

What do you require for us to book you?

Accepted Answer

We will need half down retainer on your package at time of signing the contract. Retainer fee is half of the selected package price.

Question 10

We'd like to keep the raw footage of our day. Can we have it?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you provide us with a hard drive we’ll be happy to give it to you when you receive the final videos from us. Or, we can add the cost of one into the contract when you sign with us.

Question 11

How will we receive our wedding videos?

Accepted Answer

You'll get DVDs and a flash drive. We can also provide a Google Drive link. Blu ray available as well.
