Hi I’m Cassie Chisom and I’m the face behind the lens here at C. Chisom Photography. I’m a wife, dog mom, and mommy to the cutest little girl. I’ve always had a passion for photography, but only as a hobby! My husband gifted me a camera a few years ago and I started doing more photos for friends and just fell in love with taking photos! I now am a stay at home mom. My photography allows me to stay at home and it’s been such a blessing! I never imagined I would be able to be a stay at home mom, but here I am! I have a job I love & I’m able to give my little girl the best life!

I’m super awkward! I’m relaxed & chill. I love blending in at a wedding like a member of the family. I come as hired help, but I always leave as a new family member. I love small weddings & elopements. Backyard weddings, parkway ceremonies, and smaller guests lists are my favorite weddings to shoot! I love the intimate setting with only close families & friends in attendance. These weddings you can feel all the love. It also allows the bride to be more relaxed and truly enjoy time with each of her guests. Most photographers love larger scale weddings, but these intimate ceremonies are so special to me.

    I met Cassie while searching on Facebook for venue and DJ recommendations. While talking to her, she was the sweetest, most down to earth person and I knew I had to book her immediately! Her prices are unmatched and the professionalism that comes with it is surreal. She is not only my photographer but now one of my close friends. The quality of her work is amazing! Her countless hours editing do not go unnoticed, yet she somehow captures such real and raw features and moments. My entire bridal party fell in love with her personality and have chosen to book her for family portraits in the future!

    Cassie was amazing to work with! She stepped in last minute when our original photographer canceled and I am so thankful she did! She made everything so easy and captured our wedding day perfectly! She worked well with everyone including our three year old flower girl and even our dog! I would definitely recommend C. Chisom Photography to anybody who is looking!

    As a professional contact of my son, I was familiar with Cassie's work online. I loved her eye. At the last minute, Cassie worked with our schedule to photograph our elopement. She even came over the day before to capture detail photos. On our wedding day, Cassie came early, with her camera bag in hand, literally ready to handle anything (even offering to help me secure my boob into my dress). She laughed with us through the oopsies (like the rings being forgotten) and quickly shifted around our ever changing plans to take in every moment through the lens. And the feelings of each moment shine right through. She does a fantastic job of genuinely portraying the spirit of a minute of time. Cassie is also willing to take adventures for a great shot...she followed us miles down the road to get the perfect view and the perfect time for a sunset. We can't say enough things about her excellence. She was comfortable to work with and brought out our natural silliness and romanticism alike. The photographs were beautifully edited, and yet completely honest. She began as a professional contact and ended up a friend.

    Cassie was the nicest and easiest photographer that I’ve ever worked with. She was great with our kids during our family session and amazing with our entire family during our wedding photos. She completely blew us away when our gallery was delivered. We will never use anyone other than Cassie in the future.
