My name is Ben. I am a LA-based Wedding Filmmaker who runs on emotion-driven films that tell the story of you as a couple. The wedding day for sure! - But lets be honest, the wedding day is only whatit is because of who you are together before and after the day is done. Let's get some of that. That's the stuff that lasts longer than a few years after your wedding. The stuff your kids will pull out and watch.

FOMO. It's real. And if you're searching for your Wedding Videographer, it’s more real than ever. Endless hours of watching videos. Following new videographers on social media. Honestly... It can be overwhelming. The best advice I can ever offer my clients is this: TRUST IS EVERYTHING. Long after the day is done. The flowers have died. Your honeymoon is a fading tan and a hashtag #takemeback... your photos and your video are of the few things that actually remain. You have to trust the person you empower to capture your day. There HAS to be chemistry. For me, I aspire to provide amazing films to my clients that are timeless.

Working with Benjamin Thomas Film for our wedding videography was truly an incredible experience. The attention to detail and high quality of his work is evident in the beautiful wedding video he created for us. Ben took the time to capture both of our personalities and showcased this in the video. He also added a personal touch by including a special section dedicated to my mother who is no longer with us, which is a memory that brings everyone to tears when watching our video. Ben is such a talented videographer! We are super happy with the film and had a great experience working with him. His artistic take on editing and music makes the film an emotion triggering art piece. We also really appreciate his support during the pandemic. We had to reschedule twice during the whole process, not only was he flexible, he didn't even raise the price after two years and flew all the way to Seattle for our wedding. Thank you, Ben!

It means I’m yours. It means we don’t worry about the clock, start times, end times that sometimes can water down the magic. I’m all in no matter how long it takes for me to be happy. All I ask is to be able to hide a couple of beers around the room during reception. It’s like coffee for weddings.

Time of year varies delivery time. I’m bad at waiting- so you will probably get it early. You can expect to see a few sneak peeks on social media & the full film at about 12 weeks.

You bet! Flight, hotel and rental car are typically what is added. We work together to find the best price, that total is paid up front and then I handle all the rest.

YEP. I include one in my Southern California packages. On rare occasions, I have been requested to shoot a wedding as a solo shooter which is reflected as an option on the inquiry page.

Sure! But first let me explain what RAW even means. Videography is compiled of multiple clips that range from 5 seconds to a handful of minutes. Often, the clip only has a few moments of a sweet spot. That is the part we want! The rest of the clips can be out of focus or shaky. Films are created by hours and hours of extracting the best moments from your day. In other words, the best stuff is typically what MAKES your film.
