CANCELLATION: If Customer cancels this Agreement, Customer will provide written notice to hotel, accompanied (except in the case of a Force Majeure) by payment of the percentage of Minimum Revenue Guarantee indicated below: The parties agree that the amounts included in this Cancellation clause are reasonable estimates of the losses that would be incurred by Hotel and factor in Hotel’s ability to mitigate its losses through resale. From signature date to 15 business days prior to Event Date 90% of Minimum Revenue Guarantee = $X From 14 days or less prior to Event Date 100% of Minimum Revenue Guarantee = $X
