The second story gallery overlook is the perfect space from which your musicians can play, and photographers can capture your special moments. The spiral staircase is perfect for a grand entrance! The ballroom boasts a fireplace with marble surround, beautiful hardwood floors edged with black marble, and a custom-designed larger than life crystal chandelier that invites you to share one of life’s most precious moments with your family and friends.

It is the perfect location for a very large dinner [seats up to 270] for your celebration or corporate event. A large, built-in wooden bar is perfect for service from multiple sides. On a chilly winter day, a crackling fire will create an ambiance for your guests. The architectural beams overhead helps this room feel like Tuscany. An arched doorway, heavy metal chandeliers, and a wine cellar make this an incredible space for dining with your guests!

Our front lawn is symmetrically appealing with its beautiful architectural backdrop. From the driveway, the lush grass and the petite boxwoods line the site and help frame the front of the phenomenal estate. Picture yourself coming down the circular driveway to make a grand entrance or out the front door using the sidewalk as the path to your ceremony.

Architecturally this space is a crescendo of beauty. The oversized two-story columns, the hand placed bricks, arched windows, ornate dental molding, circular brick inlays in the terrace floor, continuous limestone balustrade, ornate custom metal railings, and the most incredible view in the Richmond area make this the perfect space for any occasion.

Encompassed by miniature boxwoods, ornamental grasses, and plantings, this space is the perfect mix of manmade and natural environments. The blue-stone is clean, orderly, and continuous throughout the terrace, and the sidewalks surrounding the space.

A pair of Waterford-styled chandeliers with antique Straus crystals, columns with 23-carat gold leaf Corinthian capitals, block egg-and-dart crown molding supported by additional members, a dramatic double-door entry into the Parlor with raised panel wall panels and arched doorways to the kitchen are the outstanding features of this heart of the Estate.

The Cameo Ballroom is perfect for indoor ceremonies for under 95 guests and has fabulous daylight for daytime events! Architecturally, the three doorways across the back of this space create a fabulous indoor-outdoor transition.
