The ornate charm and elegant, old-world Spanish décor are paramount to The Club’s distinctive hacienda setting, whether it’s for an intimate wedding ceremony or more elaborate celebration. We provide the flexibility and ambiance for a captivating, memorable event, with each accouterments tailored to compliment the theme and spirit of the occasion. The dining room opens out to a surrounding covered patio, all overlooking the golf course and the rolling northern slopes of the Santa Lucia Mountains. Adjoining rooms and courtyards provide ample space to accommodate various social activities, with indoor and outdoor fireplaces adding to the stylish, comfortable setting. Providing the ultimate in personalized service, the Club staff will plan and execute every detail for the occasion.

    As a wedding planner, we see the behind-the-scenes operations of many different venues. I can confidently say The Club at Pasadera provides the best quality customer service and food service in the area. They are consistent with every event and we have done over 100 events at their location over the past 8 years. The back of the house staff has remained the same because they are all one happy family and it shows in the service they provide every one of our clients. Besides that the venue is stunning and will leave your guests feeling like they have been transported to another country. Another huge plus is their indoor spaces in case there is rain in the forecast and you do not want to pay an extra 20k for a tent last minute like you often have to do at other locations in the area. We LOVE The Club at Pasdera and highly recommend them to any couple looking to get married there.

As a professional photographer, I am always on the hunt for the most ideal locations and settings to ensure that my brides can experience a wedding to talk about for decades, and every inch of the Club at Pasadera offers these moments in excess. Whether you want to declare your love against the backdrop of timeless Spanish-inspired architecture, amid the rolling green of the famous golf course, or under the shade of the club’s iconic oak tree, the Club at Pasadera can meet any expectation a potential bride can fathom. And as if the beauty of this venue isn’t enough, I was absolutely blown away by the charm, versatility, and welcoming spirit of their Event and Wedding Manager, Allyson. Whether you have no idea how to plan a wedding at all or you just need tips and coaching for your big day, Allyson is one of the industry’s absolute best with many years of experience that she leverages to ensure that every bride is treated with the upmost attention and care. She is instantly likable and genuinely cares about everyone she works with, and it is not uncommon for her friendships to last long beyond the wedding date. I personally have been so happy to work with her on many occasions, and look forward to many more in the future at this idyllic venue.
