Yes, we have a large parking lot. Vehicles can be left for up to 24 hours after event.

Our venue is located 17 miles away from MSP International Airport in Bloomington, MN. We are 20 minutes south of St. Paul/Minneapolis and 10 minutes from the Wisconsin border.

No, our venue is fully insured.

• Cancellations within 90 days of the event will be charged 1/3 of the food and beverage minimum. • Cancellations within 60 days of the event will be charged 2/3 of the food and beverage minimum. • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage minimum. • If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the event staff requires 60 minutes to prepare the meal • The renter may not sublet the facility or transfer or assign the agreement to any other end user without prior written consent by River Oaks management.
