Majestic Oaks Club

The Grand Ballroom is a perfect option for receptions that need additional space. Create a separate lounge area by the fireplace, a space for cocktails or hors d' oeuvres before dinner, or create extra room for dancing and socializing. An indoor ceremony can also be held next to the Fireside's beautiful stone fireplace or in front of the picturesque windows of the Majestic looking out to the pond with fountains and lush golf course. The Majestic and Fireside Ballrooms open up to create our Grand Ballroom. This ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests and has all the wonderful features of both the Majestic and Fireside rooms.

The Majestic Ballroom's vaulted beamed ceilings, impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, and dramatic wrought iron chandeliers add an elegant touch to any event, while a built-in dance floor and full-service bar make any event festive. An adjacent patio overlooking the lush green golf course, ponds, and fountains creates a lovely setting for cocktails, overflow guests or break-out sessions. The Majestic Ballroom can accommodate up to 225 guests when serving a plated meal, or 200 guests buffet-style.

The Fireside Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests and features a double-sided stone fireplace, French doors, a coved ceiling with organza draperies and lights, beautiful iron chandeliers, a full-service bar, and a large built-in dance floor. A large bonus pre-function area adjacent to the room can be used for specialty tables, socializing, a lounge area, a photo booth, or any other unique ideas. This ballroom leads out to a large deck that overlooks the lush golf course and pond with fountains.

Our two beautiful waterfront ceremony sites are situated near the clubhouse, next to the large pond with fountains. Accented by four red maple trees, the white traditional gazebo site offers seating for up to 350 guests with white cushioned garden chairs.

Our Mediterranean-style pergola creates a picturesque setting shaded by a large weeping willow tree, with seating for up to 250 guests on cushioned mahogany wood chairs (additional seating can be arranged).
