This stunning private waterfront mansion boasts a perfect space for; Weddings, family reunions, cocktail parties, engagement parties, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, holiday celebrations, private parties, yoga & meditation, birthday parties, vow renewals, engagement parties and sweet 16 birthday parties

This elegant and sophisticated 7,800 square foot, 8-bedroom custom home has 180 feet of breathtaking views of the bay and provides ample space for events up to 100 guests. The interior of the home has been professionally designed with contemporary furniture and hosts an intimate atmosphere with a spectacular outdoor pool deck and tropical atmosphere.

Our couples love that their family can stay together in a large mansion and also have their wedding and reception. Outdoor vendors are allowed as is any alcohol purchased. We are a gated and private estate in St Petersbug FL that is close to downtown St Pete and the beaches.

Room cost

Any 2 night weekend event is $6900 + 13% tax + $350 cleaning fee + $99 insurance policy + a fully refundable security deposit of $2000. The maximum number of guests is 100. The estate will sleep 21 people comfortably.
