We kindly request that no outside alcohol is brought onto the premises. As part of our policies, we are delighted to provide a wide selection of beverages from our venue's bar. Our professional and experienced staff will be happy to assist you with the distribution and service of the alcohol throughout your event. We believe this policy ensures the utmost quality, safety, and enjoyment for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How many hours are included in our booking?

Your reservation includes 4 hours of partyin from start to finish. Also, includes an extra 2 hours for setup and breakdown. Any additional time outside of agreed time will be billed at $500 per 30 minutes.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our building is located 16 miles away from LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York & 15 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport.
