DENVER'S ORIGINAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN Hotel Teatro provides guests with a recently renovated, modern experience juxtaposed with the historic setting of the 20th century Renaissance Revival building in which we are housed. An ideal location in the heart of Denver’s music and theatre district, set against a beautiful Rocky Mountain backdrop, our four-diamond hotel is surrounded by independently owned and operated restaurants and shops for a host of activities to explore. We are within walking distance of Denver's best destinations such as the DCPA, Union Station, Larimer Square, and sports and entertainment venues Coors Field and the Pepsi Center. Our Denver hotel is home to a popular restaurant, The Nickel, as well as The Study, a beautifully designed lounge, bar and community space. The Study offers an ideal spot for lounging and socializing whether for an intimate breakfast; coffee, an impromptu happy hour or before and after the theater, where small bites, local craft beer and signature cocktails are the focus. The Study may also be purchased for semi-private dining events and receptions. All of the existing furniture can be removed and stored or reconfigured upon request (additional fees will apply).
