Maybe your group is more adventurous and goes hiking in Glacier National Park or rafting or rents a boat nearby on Whitefish Lake for the afternoon. Because Haymoon Resort is so centrally located in the valley to Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls, the possibilities really are endless! This all leads to the wedding of your dreams! Surrounded by family and friends, you get to marry your best friend in the most beautiful place. With a blank canvas in the perfect setting, you can create the most perfectly simple wedding or plan the day as extravagant as you’d like.

Set up your event inside of our pavilion, outside on the patio, or open all the doors for an indoor outdoor fill. The wooden walls create offer simple elegance and allow you to decorate as little or as much as you would like. The pavilion has both heating and cooling as well as a pellet stove for ambiance and warmth. There are also two bathrooms inside. Outside the pavilion is a fully covered wrap around deck with large patio overlooking the pond. We also have lots of lodging available.

Available May - October, the Whole Resort Package is a 3 night package, perfect for those that want the full Montana Experience. With lodging for up to 50 people included, this package is by far our most popular. Enjoy a full weekend with family and friends at the Resort! Start your weekend of with a Welcome party in our bar area, relax by the fire pits and catch up with friends and family, relieve stress by setting up your reception the day before, and much more!

Haymoon Resort is very conveniently located between Kalispell and Whitefish, Montana. We are 10 minutes from the Glacier Park International Airport, downtown Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls. We are about 30 minutes from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park.

No, you are welcome to bring in your own catering and vendor team of your choice. We are happy to provide recommendations of vendors that we love to work with though!

We do not require you to have a planner, but we do highly recommend having one. A good planner/coordinator can help you with things you didn't even know you needed or wanted. They are also here to take care of everything the day of your wedding so you can just relax, enjoy the day, and take it all in. Depending on your date and our team's availability, we do offer an in house Day-of-Coordination Package.

Yes! Please just let us know your plans for your dog ahead of time and agree to our pet policy in the contract. As a bonus, 3 of our cabins are dog friendly.

The Event Insurance that we require will be included in your package. Additional coverages desired or any sort of cancellation insurance would be your responsibility.

All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. If alcohol is sold, the Clients must hire a bar service with an off premise liquor license. If alcohol is not being sold, Clients may provide the alcohol prior to the start of the wedding for the bartender to serve. All alcohol must be controlled and served by the bartender during the event, guests may not bring their own alcoholic beverages. If Clients/guests are staying onsite, leftover alcohol from the wedding will be stored in the pavilion after the reception and the Clients can pick it up the following morning.
