I am a born and raised Montana woman who loves taking the stress away from my couples. I love helping couples who want to have their special day in Montana, and travel from all over the states. I am a very organized person in my personal life, so planning weddings is a natural fit.

My favorite word is communication, and I personally believe you can't have too much. I do not put a limit on how many emails we have, or how often we talk. I love having open communication with my couples, and I accommodate to all schedules.

This package is meant to take away the stress from the very beginning. I help you find the perfect venue and help you choose the perfect vendors for your wedding day. All of my packages include help with the setup and breakdown of the day, and unlimited communication.

    Sara was our wedding planner--and we could not be more thankful for her services! Initially, we weren't going to hire a planner. It turned out that we really did need one, and Sara did a great job filling that role. It was complicated for us to live and plan from Hawaii, be married in Montana, and have our family coming in from Maryland. Sara helped to pull everything together. She went above and beyond in many ways to ensure we got what we needed to the venue, and was where it needed to be, when it needed to be there, for our big day. She was communicative in the months leading up to our wedding, helping us feel good about our plans. Sara was organized and made her roles clear to us, so there was no confusion day of. We would defintely recommend Weddings by Sara!
