Elara Banquets at The Holiday Inn features a newly renovated ballroom, 18 function rooms and can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. Featuring a wraparound outdoor deck overlooking our private pond, perfect for a shower, rehearsal, or cocktails. In addition to our banquet hall, the Holiday Inn features 197 newly renovated guest rooms on 6 floors, including 86 double rooms, 95 king rooms, and 16 suites. All rooms feature high-speed internet, on-demand movies, HBO, and Keurig Coffee Makers. We offer our award-winning restaurant, lobby cocktail lounge, fitness center, and the area's largest resort-like indoor pool. Elara will provide you personalized event planning for wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunches and bridal showers. Our Elara Ballroom offers a large banquet room with 14' ceilings and stunning chandeliers throughout. There is a stunning foyer leading your guests into the Ballroom. The Elara ballroom on its own can be broken down as small 23x35 or opened up to our entire banquet facility as large as 70x160. The room can be configured many different ways to perfectly fit your event and needs.

3 total Acorn Rooms are used in a variety of ways. These rooms do not join together to make a larger room but are off the ballroom and great for a smaller sized gathering. A VIP Lounge area, Breakfast the next morning with immediate family, or small Brunch are perfect in any of the 3 Acorn rooms! We have also had brides rent them out the day of the wedding to get ready with lots of friends! *We do offer a Bridal Suite on a first booked basis*
