Our chic, newly renovated hotel offers two ballrooms and seven event spaces, on-site catering with customizable menus, audio-visual professionals, and experienced wedding planners. Plan your rehearsal dinner, getting ready suites, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch all under one roof! While we handle the logistics of your event, you and your guests can enjoy the amenities that matter most to you; spacious guest rooms with ultra-comfortable beds, complimentary parking, a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor saltwater pool, and complimentary Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel. Visit our onsite restaurant, Twin Cities 400 Tavern, for a true taste of Minnesota. We offer a full bar with selections from a range of Minnesota breweries and distilleries, a menu filled with locally sourced ingredients, a sunny solarium, seasonal patio, and private dining room. Receive one complimentary night for the couple and a $50 restaurant gift card when you book 30 rooms per night at our group rate.

It was wonderful working with Delta Hotel making their ball room even more stunning with floral. Room rental for 15 hours, set up of tables, chairs, dance floor, stage/risers, microphone, plates, napkins, silverware, and glassware, and clean-up are included.

Full-day rental is from 9:00am to 12:00am. You can extend your event until 1:00 or 2:00am for a fee. We can also accommodate earlier arrival if you are using a Getting Ready Suite.

Our hotel is just a few miles north of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. You can reach us by car, Uber, Lyft, taxi, or public transportation. Driving from MSP to Delta Hotels: Start on MN-5 E from Northwest Dr and Glumack Dr. Take MN-62 W and I-35W N to Industrial Blvd NE in Minneapolis. Take exit 21 from I-35W N. Continue on Industrial Blvd NE to Delta Hotels by Marriott Minneapolis Northeast. The hotel will be on your right.

You don't need to have insurance, but all of your vendors must carry liability insurance and be approved by the hotel.

If they are a licensed business, you can absolutely use them, but please note we do not allow outside catering. After signing your contract, you will receive a list of our recommended vendors! All vendors need to submit an ACORD Certificate (proof of insurance) at least 1 week prior to the event and be approved by the hotel.

Yes! Delta Hotels by Marriott Minneapolis NE has plenty of accommodations available for you and your guests. We offer group rates based on season and availability of rooms. All rooms are equipped with chic furnishings, ultra-comfortable beds, TVs, marble bathrooms, coffee makers, mini fridges, complimentary bottled water, safes, and complimentary Wi-Fi your guests can access everywhere at the hotel. We'll even place your welcome bags in the guest rooms free of charge!

We work with a representative from AVEX to provide you with competitive pricing on audio-visual equipment. You or your DJ can also bring your own equipment!

The deposit is 50% of the total and will be applied to your final payment. There is also a refundable $500 cleaning/damage fee.
