About this venue

The Blue Norther Tasting Room is a Ranch-styled warehouse and music venue with plenty of open space, indoor and outdoor capacity, a raised stage, conference room, and 1,000 sqft. mezzanine. A newly renovated industrial warehouse, it's the perfect true-to-Austin experience for visitors and locals alike. The layout is very flexible, and can be changed according to your needs. It's the perfect casual spot for a welcome party or laid-back reception!

Description

FUEGO is a collaboration between Chef Michael Carranza (Tare Austin, Texas Sushiko) and Austin Pittman (Blue Norther) that fuses Japanese technique with Tex-Mex cuisine. We serve culinary-level fajitas inspired by a secret family recipe. GF/Vegetarian/Vegan options available. Includes basic serving ware. Meals include fajita tacos, rice, beans, and our signature Truffle Guac, and we're happy to work with you to customize the menu.
