The Promenade
The perfect backdrop for your ceremony
Nestled between the two main structures on the ranch—Casadecas and Sunrise Casita—this area includes ample space to gather, celebrate, and relax in. Ceremonies are held either in front of the Fountain or under The Pergola or The Big Tree, which both opens to an expansive lawn where guest seating is accommodated. Right next to the Pergola is the Cantina—the perfect spot for your cocktail hour.

Horseshoe Meadow
A charming meadow, covered barn, and rustic saloon for the perfect rustic Hill Country setting.
An 8000 square foot meadow adorned with string lighting provides a perfect setting for up to 200 guests to gather and dine under. 1200 square feet of covered space in the barn provides plenty of room for catering, a band, and cocktail tables. Our saloon in the meadow is the perfect place to drink and dance!

Casadecas
The main house for you and your guests to gather in
Casadecas is a ranch style home with room to sleep 16 guests. This home has an expansive commercial kitchen, and two large entertainment rooms, providing the perfect gathering space for your friends and family all weekend long. The primary suite in Casadecas is set up to be the perfect bridal suite, with a full length mirror, seating, vanity with makeup mirrors and lighting, and instagram-worthy wall art and decorations.

Sunrise Casita
A private two-bed cottage
The Sunrise Casita is a private studio-style guest house offering two queen beds and one full bath. Conveniently located near Casadecas and the Promenade, there’s a natural path leading directly to the Pergola and The Big Tree from the Casita. Many of our guests use this as their groomsmen’s quarters, or stay for their honeymoon in the Sunrise Casita!

The Hideout
A charming space for smaller receptions
One of the original structures existing when Hudson Bend Ranch was purchased in 1999. A classic in itself, The Hideout has been accented with elegant lighting and natural landscaping. This space provides the perfect rustic backdrop for smaller gatherings.

The Promenade

The Laurel Package is best suited for smaller, intimate weddings with up to 50 guests. Your wedding ceremony and reception celebrations are held in our beautiful Promenade—facing either The Fountain, The Pergola, or The Big Tree—with full access to the Cantina for cocktail hour and The Hideout for your reception. With three nights’ lodging included, it’s perfect for couples looking for a relaxed, laid back celebration to share with their closest friends and family.
