One-of-a-kind event space nestled within the historic walls of a former Hat Factory in Old Norwalk.

Covering around 3000 square feet, our venue is arranged for dining, comfortably accommodating 125 people. The flooring comprises half wood and half stone, providing a balanced and textured atmosphere. Adorned with turn-of-the-century lighting fixtures, the space boasts a concrete ceiling reminiscent of its past as a power generation facility. Embracing a play on black and white aesthetics, our venue emanates a historical charm, evoking a cavernous ambiance reminiscent of an old mill.

Yes, We have onsite parking for 75 cars and can also include a valet parking.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens and our food of course:-)

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $300 per hour.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

We are ok with cancellation. Just let us know ahead of time and your booking fees for our facilities, including deposits, are non-refundable. Other than that if you cancel your event within 10 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our building is located 32 miles away from LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York. You can reach our venue by private car or taxi.

No, our venue is fully insured.

No, we can custom order alcohol for your event and also work out a discount. However we cannot permit outside alcohol.
