The Ybarra Events Planning Team is happy to plan weddings and events in destinations all across Northern California, whether you're getting married in Sonoma County, Napa County, Mendocino County, or even San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. Our team of event planners even plan in Southern California or other States and Countries. We will travel as far as you need us to in order to ensure your wedding day is everything you hoped for.

Our care for you and our fellow vendor is what sets our Wedding Planning Team apart. Ybarra Events strives to have the highest level of customer service, not only for each of our clients, but also for our fellow vendors. We have found, the more fluidly we work together as a team, and the more support we give to our vendor teams, the harder they work as well, which provides a smoother event overall.

    The most standout experience with Tara, taking it above and beyond! She saw there was a slight chance of rain about 48 hours before the wedding ceremony, and contacted me about alternatives for live piano singing. Lo and behold, it did rain! We were able to pre-record the piano songs, and sing under an awning with wireless mics. None of this would have been fully prepared if Tara hadn't been so thoughtful about every aspect of the planning process. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you Tara!
