Nikki has spent over 20 years in the Wedding & Special Event industry. She has overseen and coordinated over 1500 Weddings and many other corporate meetings, birthdays, showers and more. From traditional to non-traditional we strive to make your day uniquely you! When not working weddings and planning events, Nikki enjoys traveling with her family, walking with her dogs while listening to podcasts, and crafting.
With over two decades in the wedding and special event industry we have the skills that only experience can an provide. We will ensure your event is seamless for you and all of your guests and vendors from our very first meeting through the very last dance.

Our Master Certified Wedding planners will make your dream celebration a reality by keeping you free of worry and on budget in this package. We'll guide you from Vendor selection to menu, design, and RSVP tracking. All ensuring your Wedding day is seamless, allowing you to enjoy every moment with your family & friends while we handle the logistics. | Let us help you plan out the remaining details of your dream wedding, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience. Our team of Master Certified Wedding Planners will guide you with vendor selection, final touches and be there for you the day of your wedding allowing you to relax and enjoy the process & the start of your new lives together. | The 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding will be a busy but exciting time filled with last-minute preparations and final touches. We assist in bringing your vision to life and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on your big day. | Our Master Certified Design Experts will sit with you for up to two hours for a Design Consultation, review contracts, and attend your Florist/decorator consultation and your stationary consultation. We will put together a 2D floorplan showcasing your venue and all the items chosen for your big day. These services can be added to any package for larger discounts. |

I had the absolute pleasure of working with The Serendipity Collective on multiple weddings/projects, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude for Nikki from The Serendipity Collective. From the very first moment we met, her bubbly attitude and confidence let me know I was in the best hands. After starting to work with Nikki, so much of the stress of wedding planning became fun for me (the bride) as well as my family. Her kindness and warmth were so appreciated. Every time we spoke or met, she made me feel like my wedding was her top priority, even though I know she had other clients. She listened to all of my ideas, even when I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and turned them into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. No detail was overlooked, and her organizational skills were impeccable. She kept us on track and organized while being ready with solutions, suggestions, and support when we all started to get overwhelmed. What truly sets Nikki apart is her genuine care and attention. She took the time to work with me and my "team" (aka my mother, sister, and mother in law- all of us whom live in different states too!) every step of the way, including all of us in the decisions. It was very important to me to include all these ladies and she was so patient with our erratic (and sometimes anxious) energy and different time zones. On the day of the wedding, I had an unexpected (non-wedding) issue come up, and while I and my family were dealing with that, she was able to take the reins and ensure that everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. It allowed everything to still move forward as planned without the extra stress if we had to handle everything ourselves. Everything was exactly as I pictured it, and I know that’s because she poured her heart into making it perfect. Her flexibility and calmness under pressure were such a gift on the day of the wedding, and she was always available and ready if we needed anything. If you're looking for someone who will not only plan your wedding but make the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and unforgettable, Nikki is the one. We will forever be grateful for her incredible work.
Everything was PERFECT
My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Nikki! Everything leading up to the reception was handled very well and organized so well that I literally just had to show up and have a great time! Thank you for everything!
Cool, calm, and collected
Highly recommend! Nikki’s attention to detail, calm demeanor, and organization are excellent. Nikki was an amazing support and help prior to, and more so during my wedding celebration. That was even before starting her business. I have no doubt that she is even better now with the more years experience she has.
