While I offer planning services for all types of events, weddings are my absolute favorite. I love working with people. I love making them laugh. I love love and I love watching each event unfold. This is literally my dream job and I am so grateful that I get to work in this amazing industry.

You can call me the logistics queen behind RS Event Co. I have been told I am as effervescent as a bottle of Champagne. I hug big and hold the people that are closest to me in this world VERY close. My passion lies in all things detail - after all, each event is made up of a million little ones!

From the moment you start planning the very first details, until the last bottle of champagne is popped, we will be by your side - your event planning bestie! Our most extensive planning package covers the planning logistics, full design and styling, and complete vendor communication and management.

Hire an event coordinator to manage flow and logistics. You're on top of things, but entrust us with the details so you can fully relish your celebration. We handle tasks like vendor coordination, timing of toasts, and flawless decor display—leaving you free to enjoy every moment!

    Hiring Raquel was truly the best decision we made (and the best money we spent on our entire wedding). She went above and beyond at every step of the wedding planning process and exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt our wedding day would not have been as seamless and stress free if it were not for Raquel and her expert planning and coordination. Not only did Raquel keep us on track (especially important given we were terrible procrastinators), she is a kind, fun person and was a joy to work with. Sometimes I think we might not have had a wedding if it were not for Raquel--one thing is for sure, it definitely would not have been as perfect a day. Obviously, I cannot recommend her services enough!

    I highly recommend Raquel and the RS Event Co team! As a wedding vendor myself I appreciate the attention to detail, both leading up the wedding day, day of and after. Raquel went above and beyond making sure that not only the couple and guests had everything they needed but she also took care of the vendor team too. Raquel was always there before I even needed to ask and I appreciate her quick thinking and willingness to offer help for anything (including holding umbrellas!) I will continue to recommend Raquel to my future couples and hope to work alongside her again in the future!

    We found RS Event Co. through a friend and are so glad we did! The Month-Of Coordination package offered us just what we wanted as we were looking for someone to handle the day of details to allow our family to enjoy the big day. And while Raquel did handle the smaller details, she also did so much more. From day one, she was professional, supportive and detail oriented, quickly becoming someone we could rely on and ask questions to. She made herself available for not only calls with vendors, but in-person meetings, ensuring our questions were heard and our vision was being brought to life. On the day of the wedding, Raquel struck the perfect balance of being supportive and discreet and after the event, I kept telling friends and family that I felt like everything went perfectly! I know that’s a testament to all the hard work Raquel put in to ensure my husband and I had the best day. She anticipated our needs before we had to ask and went above and beyond in areas that we didn’t even know we’d need until the big day (an example being driving guests from our reception to the parking lot in the venue’s golf cart). These feelings don’t just apply to myself and my husband as my parents have also expressed their gratitude for everything she did. We were all able to be present the entire day because of Raquel and that was truly a gift! For anyone considering a wedding coordinator, please reach out to Raquel! She will immediately jump in to help wherever she can while also being your personal cheerleader.

    Hiring Raquel was far and away the best wedding planning decision we made. We chose her month-of package for our October wedding after attending a wedding she coordinated in June and she seamlessly incorporated herself into our process as we finalized everything with all of our vendors and was instrumental in the weekend itself going off without a hitch. She served as a sounding board and expert opinion throughout the end stages of the planning process, took on the tasks that I was dreading handling myself (timeline creation, to name one!), and asked thoughtful questions that hadn't even occurred to me. If there was an issue, I felt confident going into the wedding day that Raquel would be able to resolve it, and she didn't disappoint! From alcohol snafus to the threat of rain, from picture-dirty shoes to an unraveling bowtie, she tackled it all without batting an eye so that we could enjoy our day. Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without her and we'll always be grateful to her for helping make our dreams come true!
