Keystone Event Coordinating is the final piece for your perfect day! When you choose us, you're getting your wedding BFF who is super organized chaos coordinators who can tackle any element of your day with ease. On your day, you'll have at least one of our three main coordinators--Katie, Lyndsey, or Kelsey. New for 2024 we've added two amazing assistants--Jill and Bri. Together, we are multitasking women with years of relevant experience both in and out of the wedding world. We're teachers, hairstylists, wives, mamas, creatives, and more. We LOVE weddings and would love to help create your perfect day.

We are a unique blend of professionals; Katie was a high school English teacher for 12 years, Lyndsey taught college for 6 years, Kelsey has been a wedding hairstylist for 5 years, and our friendship bonds us together, making us a solid team. We support each other in all areas of our lives and extend our friendship to our amazing clients. We pride ourselves in our ability to build relationships and connect with our couples, helping them feel at ease and in good hands on their most important days. We are all type-A and will do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining our cool. Plus, we love decorating...like, A LOT!

Full-service planning is exactly how it sounds--FULL SERVICE! Be as involved as you want to be and let us handle bringing it all together. We help create your day from beginning to end!

For partial planning, we take over as the primary point of contact three months out. From there, we finish booking vendors, track RSVPS, manage your wedding website, provide event styling, and more! Want more help in the beginning? Ask about Split Partial Planning! Split up your three months of planning where you need it most--the first two months upon booking us and finish up with month-of coordination! Starting at $2,600

We offer elopement/microwedding packages for every level of planning. See the breakdown below! Day-of coordinating: $1,690; Partial planning: $2,460, Split partial planning: $3,230, Full-service planning: $1,400 + 15% of vendor cost

With day-of coordination, we create the timeline for the day for you to edit and update. On the day, we coordinate all details from beginning to end!

    Katie at Keystone should be every nearlyweds go to! Booking Katie and her team for my wedding was the best decision. We got married in Phoenix Arizona and Katie was able to connect with all my vendors, and family to make the most amazing day!! I loved that Katie was so willing to do whatever it took to make our day incredible! and it sure was. Thank you for EVERYTHING 3 ANDDD we were her 100th wedding!! so you know shes good!

    I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lyndsey at Keystone Events and she was beyond fantastic. There really aren't words to express how grateful I am for how hard Lyndsey worked her tail off to make the wedding of my dreams. She took a few ideas I told her and somehow jumped into my brain, just sheer talent. I know she ran around like a crazy person and probably sweated her booty off, but Brook and I walked in and just stood saying wow over and over because we were stunned. I don't think I could have ever imagined or envisioned anything as beautiful as what Lyndsey with Keystone provided. I received so many compliments from all of the guests about what an amazing and stunning space the team at Keystone created. We were truly blessed with a wonderful wedding and thank you for helping with that!

    Katie was no doubt one of the best wedding decisions we made. She was always quick to respond, even with all the hurricane uncertainty. She made sure that she understood my vision and carried it out perfectly. Anything needed, she was there for. The peace of mind that she provided is worth everything. She made sure that we had the best day ever, which I used to think was just an expression, but my Husband and I have no doubt that Katie was a huge part of making sure we had just that.

    If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, seriously look no further! Katie is truly the best of the best and we are so fortunate to have had her with us on our special day. Despite a hurricane and all of the uncertainty that followed, she made the process look and feel effortless. She handled everything and made our wedding day more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She was prepared to tackle literally anything that could have possibly gone wrong (and if anything did go wrong, you'd honestly never know). There is no doubt in my mind that Katie would go above and beyond to ensure the day was absolutely perfect. 1000/10 would recommend!!
