Kelly & her team were absolutely phenomenal. Even though we booked their Junior coordinator, Jenny, for day of coordination, Kelly & Jenny were in constant communication with us as soon we booked them months prior to our wedding. They made sure we were on top of our wedding planning & scheduling meetings with us in the weeks leading up to the event. They would give us suggestions & recommendations throughout the process based on their experience & expertise. On the day of the event, Jenny was there at the start, coordinating with our photographer prior to our first look, keeping us on time throughout. Kelly assisted with the venue & tea ceremony. They made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible, helping accommodate everything we wanted & were even prepared for every situation. They made sure we stayed hydrated & fed, assisted us with our quick outfit changes, & even when the bride was having dress emergency, they helped patch it up. Despite our tight timeline, they made sure we stayed on track. We truly got enjoy our special day thanks in great part to them.
