Perfect for couples wanting to enjoy their engagement while we craft their dream wedding.	Our Hard Rock Destination Wedding package includes consultation on vision, budget, and options. We guide resort selection, manage room blocks, and liaise with the resort's team. Services include design, budget tracking, guest management, vendor research and booking, wedding website creation, and timeline planning. We coordinate vendors and payments, with regular check-ins. Enjoy unlimited planner messaging.	Our Partial Wedding Planning package balances personal involvement with professional guidance. It includes our All-in-One Project Plan Tool with vendor tracking, checklists, timelines, and budget management. We offer vendor sourcing, budget clarification, and design direction. You'll get a custom wedding website, check-in calls, etiquette advice, and unlimited email support. Perfect for busy couples making key decisions with expert guidance.

Amanda’s organization skills are top-notch, and she very clearly puts her whole heart into what she does to help ensure that your vision comes to life exactly as you hope for! The shared online planning tools she uses are incredibly helpful for staying on track, and her reliability and communication is amazing. Our packages are designed to ensure thorough preparations are made leading up to your event through remote coordination. This allows us to offer competitive pricing. While many venues now include on-site day-of coordination, if your venue does not provide this service, we would be happy to discuss potential additional fees. However, physical on-site coordination is not included in our standard package offerings.

Yes, of course! All packages (besides Basic Planning), clients will receive a package of information regarding their event.

Most couples start planning their wedding 12 to 18 months in advance, with the majority of the intensive planning and bookings happening around 10 months before the big day. However, the timeline can vary greatly depending on factors like the desired venue's availability, the complexity of the wedding, and whether you're planning a local or destination wedding.

No, sending save-the-dates and invitations is not a service I currently offer as part of my virtual wedding planning package. However, I can guide you through the process, provide design input, and recommend reliable printers or stationers. For an additional fee, I can manage the mailing process on your behalf if you desire.

Yes, I assist with vendor connections, contract negotiations, and reviewing contracts to ensure they align with your interests and expectations. However, to maintain financial transparency and security, I do not handle payment processing directly. All payments to vendors will be made by you unless we have a prior written agreement stating otherwise.
