Wildcrest Studio, established by Jessie Harris, is a natural light, lifestyle photographer. I aim to capture the magic of your wedding day and you as a unique couple through peerless, stunning photographs!

I take a lot of pride in client experience in my work! Connecting with wedding clients, getting to know them and making them feel both comfortable and excited about their experience in front of the camera makes capturing weddings and couples so much more valuable! I also lean into my formal photography training in fine art to not only capture memories but create art!

I am going to try and get off my soapbox for this review but I make no promises. Hiring Jessie Harris and Wildcrest Studios for my wedding was the single best decision I have ever made, except for marrying my husband. We had a small wedding, with a small budget, a very specific vision, no planner or coordinator, and no freaking clue what we were doing. From my first phone call with Jessie I knew that she was something special. She is experienced, organized, diligent, detail oriented, creative, kind, patient, and funny as heck. She truly listens to what you are hoping for and - somehow, despite all odds - she makes it happen. She LITERALLY threw off her shoes and climbed into Lake Michigan to get a shot of my husband and I on a dock at sunset. She kicked the groomsmen out of the area during our first touch because it was ruining the moment and I was too emotional and nervous to say anything. She drove across the state to shoot a pre-wedding reception for us. Alex, the second shooter, tied my husband’s bow tie for him before he walked down the aisle… and my brother’s… and my dad’s… and I’m pretty sure half the groomsmen’s bow ties too. She helped us create the timeline for our wedding day. She even gave us advice on what to pick for our first dance. And, to top it all off, she has provided us with the most unbelievable and stunning engagement, reception, and wedding day photos I could have imagined. Grateful doesn’t begin to cover how I feel when thinking about finding Jessie and Wildcrest Studios. Do yourself a favor and at least send an inquiry. Or don’t, and I’ll keep her all to myself :)

We used Wildcrest Studio for our 2023 wedding, after searching tons and tons of photographers to find someone who could take great candids, was in our budget, and was openly and obviously LGBTQ friendly. Jessie matched her professional wisdom with our wedding photo desires to make sure that we could pull off everything we wanted. The engagement photo session (included in our wedding package) really sealed the deal. I've never enjoyed taking photos and always felt really awkward and uncomfortable in front of a camera, but Jessie made the shoot so fun and easy that I forgot to worry. We got so many beautiful photos that really felt like they captured "us." Jessi was also great at making sure our pronouns and "titles" (bride/spouse/Mrs./etc) were right, and when a little bit of confusion lead to a mistake in our gallery, she re-uploaded the entire thing so that my wife was addressed perfectly all the way through. I would not hesitate to use Wildcrest Studio again for any of my future photography needs.

I adore Jessica. She is so easy to work with and was so fun and professional. She helped keep the rowdy groomsmen in line while keeping me (the bride) calm and happy. I intend to use her for all future family photoshoots. ️

Jessie is amazing to work with! As a videographer, you want to work with a photographer that is easy going, fun to be around, professional and collaborative. Jessie is just that! I have worked alongside Jessie for two weddings and she has been a joy to collaborate with. Not to mention, her work is incredible!
