    TMB weddings (Tolman media Boston) did not provide me full service on my wedding reception on 1/6/23. The contract was signed & payments were all made in advance. The assigned photographer Tory Mclean who not so surprisingly has his own photography company now, did not show up and nobody responded to our calls and emails on the day and left us in a very stressful situation. We asked the videographer who came, if he could take pictures for us since that is more important than videos and he was willing to do it even though he clarified that he didn’t have professional photography gear like lights, flash, etc. We went with it as we had no other option because the company ghosted us and the photographer did no call no show. We tried to contact them after the event but they have been ignoring our calls and emails. I have proof with the email thread and signed contract. The manager only responded once saying he would refund us 500 out of the 2000 we paid and told us we are responsible for contacting their photographer who did not show up which is ridiculous because they are the ones running the company and they have the audacity to blame customers for their employees not doing their jobs. And he has not paid us back that amount or responded to any emails as a reply to that. I do not want 500 as more than half of the work was not done (no photographer showed up, no videography was done as videographer took pictures with his regular camera with no professional gear, and the photos were delivered to us unedited and were of bad quality). I wanted my full money back from them but they are not cooperating and ghosted us completely which is very unprofessional of such a big company and did not even pay us the 500 they told they would let alone my full refund. They caused me and my family stress, trauma and bad reputation and ruined the biggest day of my life and are now not even willing to pay my money. I paid them 2000 for no service at all and I want my money back as well as want to defame their company so that they don’t dare to do such things with anybody else ever again. They clearly breached the contract agreements as their employees did not show up and we received no service from them and they still charged us the full amount of money.

    TMB weddings really delivered on my wedding day! I was skeptical due to their low pricing but in the end it Al worked out and my wedding photos turned out beautifully!
