Hey there! I'm Nicole! I am a confident and raw documentary Detroit wedding photographer serving couples with enthusiasm and sincerity. I am uniquely gifted at blending into the background from center stage and guiding you through the day with ease. I believe that integrity and sincerity outweigh popularity. So, I'm focused on your desires and interests. Yes, I'm a professional wedding photographer who has been in the business since 2012 with published work, but it's not the "pretty" pictures that matter. It's you! You're the reason I started pursuing my passion over 8 years ago. ​

I have a burning desire not only to document authentically but to help people show up comfortably in front of the camera. I capture that rawness primarily in the Metro Detroit area.     We hired Nicole for our engagement photos and as our wedding photographer. She was wonderful to work with and made the process feel very easy and stress free. She was very organized. I loved that we had access to documents on what to expect and vendors she recommended. I appreciate that she had detailed questionnaires that helped her guide us in what venues we may like and what themes or styles we wanted to these big occasions. We were photographed at the Detroit Library and a pizza parlor for our engagement photos. Our wedding was at St. Johns. I would definitely recommend Nicole!

    Nicole was amazing! We talked for a few months before the proposal date and she was very responsive and easy to work with. She always had suggestions when I asked and had an amazing set up idea with the flowers I gave her for the proposal. Lastly the early pictures came out great!!! (she turned those around within a few hours!!!) I would highly recommend!!!!

    Nicole is wonderful! My fiancé and I felt so relaxed taking our engagement photos; we had a blast and Nicole was so accommodating and helpful with my fiancé's broken foot- she managed to take some phenomenal pictures! We can't wait to have her photograph our wedding next year.

    Since the beginning, Nicole has demonstrated her expert knowledge and supreme professionalism. She always delivers, is punctual, and has constantly exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and respect of the craft produces beautiful imagery that is has a candid quality, but also has a certain modern dreamy aesthetic that I love. She is also so excellent at direction. You may think you'll feel awkward in front of a camera, but she provides you a worksheet to help understand your preferences and comforts and work around those. But even then, in the moment you just feel so happy and trusting with her that you will learn to be more at ease and trust in the process. She will guide you to the perfect poses, and even fix your hair, your veil and layers of tulle. (Seriously, thank you so much). Nicole also offers excellent recommendations on vendors, timelines, and provides numerous check ins and worksheets to keep you on track. Everything is carefully planned out and I love that. It helped me immensely to know where I'm at, where I should be, and what's to come. I also was super impressed with her second shooter Taylor. Both of them together captured the most lovely images, and I can't wait to get them printed. Another thing that I appreciated, was her blogs on her website, that dive into detail about her process and even the fact that she has numerous back up methods – which is something you don't think about unless you're in the digital industry. It's a huge sense of relief knowing Nicole has everything squared away so you can simply focus on your big day. I could go on, but I'll stop here and remind you that Nicole is the best in the business and worth the investment and more.
