I'm head over heels for my fireman, patient mama of two (9 and 4), oldest of 5, and a lover of dark beer and other people's love stories. I encourage my couples to push for what they want on their wedding day- whether that's a white dress on a golf course or something free from tradition. My own wedding was at our first date spot (a coffee/whiskey/donut shop), Carbon Coffee, Downtown Denver. It was incredibly meaningful and one of the best days of my life. I'd like to ensure my clients the same wonderful memories. *Discounts to active military and first responders!

I'm a self-taught photographer and business owner of 10+ years. My services include much more than photography. I'm glad to offer a base timeline planning service. This includes a detailed questionnaire to help build your day-of timeline and a simplified form to create your family portrait list. *Something more to know: I'm also an architectural photographer. Straight lines give me odd pleasure.

    We are so thankful to know Katie and have had the privilege of having her shoot our engagement session and wedding! We were supposed to get married in Mexico in 2020 and we were planning on flying her down for the wedding. When the wedding was cancelled due to COVID, she was so wonderful--she made sure that we knew that she was going to work with us for whenever we were able to reschedule. My husband is not one to feel comfortable behind the camera. However, Katie immediately made us both feel comfortable and gave us prompts that made the entire experience so much fun! We've definitely found our photographer life! As our family grows, I know she will be the one to capture every moment. Her photos speak for themselves--they are truly pieces of art! We would highly recommend her to anyone!

    Katie took our engagement photos and is doing our wedding in October and we couldn’t recommend her more! During our time working with her, Katie has always been very responsive, organized, professional, and easy to work with. Katie’s style of getting to know us and produce genuine reactions during our engagement shoot really made the photos shine. We love the online gallery that makes it so easy for us to access our photos whenever we need to! You can’t go wrong working with Katie for your wedding photography.
