About Jim Barbere Photography
Jim Barbere
I am a self proclaimed romantic at heart, always have been. After 19 years of marriage, I am a believer in true love! Photographing the special day for couples of all ages and walks of life, is a real joy and I get a charge of excitement for each gig. Anyone that has met me knows that I am an extroverted person who is always on the move; always talking and thinking; and often engaging with others. I make everyone feel at ease. As a wedding photographer I leverage my experience as a pro along with my personality.
I love big ideas and pulling out all the stops for a shoot. I walk into a space and 30 thoughts go through my head at once and I discuss it with the client to see what they think the best one might be - I like to say I work at the intersection of creativity and collaboration :)

Jim is the best!
Jim has truly become such a great friend in this process. The biggest thing you want to feel on your wedding day is comfort and support. Jim goes out of his way to make this happen. We first met and worked with Jim for our engagement photos. We had so much fun! Jim wasn't afraid of getting in the sand and water to get our pictures in the ocean. When our wedding was postponed, Jim was there to shoot our elopement (and keep the secret)! After waiting for eight months, we finally had our wedding. Even though it was raining, Jim captured every moment of our amazing day. We will be working with Jim for all of our photography needs in the future. Thank you, Jim!

Jim is the best! He did our engagement and wedding photos for us and we were so happy with the results of both! He was very easy to work with and a great guy overall! Yaima also photographed our wedding and was fabulous! Highly recommend!
