Hey there! I'm Laurissa but I go by Ris for short. I am someone who has always had a passion for photography both in front and behind the lens. Since a young age I have always had a passion for capturing those real moments that are such a big part of our lives. I always have my camera close by for the unique experiences that are to beautiful for words to describe. Once in high school and college I realized how much photography was impacting my life for the better. Since then I have dove head first into my passion as to capture all of your special moments both now and in the future.

I am an energetic, candid type of photographer. I love capturing all of your special moments and having fun with you as well. Don't be surprised if you catch me on the ground finding those different perspective images. I not only capture the candid moment of guests but also love to help hype the energy up on your special day. Every part of weddings are my absolute favorite being able to see how your ideas became reality for your day. I am here for YOU and whatever YOU need.     We had the most wonderful experience working with Ris for our wedding photography! She was prompt with her communication, easy to work with, and took all of our requests perfectly and was sure to execute them! Our photos turned out perfect, and I love looking back on them and getting to cherish them forever. We loved both our engagement session and our wedding pictures and Ris took care to ensure that we had the absolute best experience possible. Our sneak peeks came out quickly, with the rest of the photos to follow a few weeks later.
