Hannah did photos for my Bridal Shower, our wedding rehearsal dinner, and wedding. When we were considering photography and videography, we wanted something unfussy that would capture the emotions of the day. I was nervous about booking a photographer because it’s arguably one of the most important decisions you’ll make in the wedding planning process. But as soon as we received our first photos from my bridal shower, my nerves melted away! Hannah did an excellent job of capturing all the details and I’m so glad I have the photos to cherish forever. I also underestimated just how much time is spent with the photographer and videographer on the wedding day! Luckily, Hannah and Micha are great to be around, making us laugh and feel comfortable all day. They gave great direction, and we never felt awkward in front of the camera, we just felt like we were being ourselves. Hannah is so quick with her previews, and we were never left wondering where our photos were. I would highly recommend Hannah and Micha to capture your important moments.

Choosing a wedding photographer was one of the most crucial decisions for our big day, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the moment we met Hannah, her genuine passion for photography and capturing special moments was evident. She not not only understood our vision but enhanced it with her (and AMAZING Micah’s) creativity and expertise. On the day of the wedding, they were not just photographers but integral parts of our celebration. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, putting everyone at ease and getting genuine smiles and emotions from us and our guests. They seamlessly blended into the background during intimate moments yet took charge (literally Hannah and Micah showed me what to do for a Pinterest inspo pic I sent her) when needed to ensure every important detail was captured beautifully. They let us shine and feel so beyond comfortable and natural, as we are not people that like the camera outside of the wedding! Their talent truly shone through in the final photos. They captured not only the significant moments but also the small, fleeting details that we might have missed in the whirlwind of the day. Looking through the photos brought back all the emotions and memories, making us feel like we were reliving the day itself. I swear I look at them everyday! We cannot recommend our Hillside Film and Photo highly enough. They are not just talented professionals but also genuinely wonderful people who made our wedding day even more special. If you're looking for someone to capture your wedding day with skill, passion, and a contagious enthusiasm, look no further. They are simply amazing! I do not even know where to begin with Hannah and Micah. They were simply wonderful. At risk of sounding like a total cliche, I have dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl. I planned out every single detail. But one place I dreaded was photos and video. I tend to dislike most photos of me, so I always thought I would hate my wedding photos. I wouldn’t know how to pose or act. Hannah and Micah made it simple. They helped us to relax and enjoy every moment. They captured every single candid we could’ve dreamed of. Every moment, every memory, all the love, the joy is all captured in photo. As for the video. I decided to add video on about 2 weeks before the wedding (aka I am a nightmare bride) they made it happen. I can’t believe I almost went without. Micah is truly incredible at what he does. There are things I never would’ve seen had I not had the video. We have watched part of it or all of it everyday since we received it. It is perfect. And when we asked for pieces we didn’t know we wanted they immediately had them to us. While I’ll never be able to completely relive that day, Hannah and Micah helped me get pretty close. I feel forever grateful for them. For how lovely they were and how genuine they always are. They took all anxiety out of my day. They will be your biggest fans on your day, and we can’t imagine ours without them.

I work with Hillside Film & Photo often as a Wedding Planner. They are one of my preferred vendors because they are kind, professional, so easy and fun to work with and their videos are simply beautiful! I have been working with Hannah and Micah since 2017 and have loved working with them every time! Their work just gets better and better and they are such a fantastic team! They work off of each other well and they are simply a joy to be around! I can't recommend them enough! <3
