I (Karin) remember how I felt planning my wedding. Things I had never thought about before suddenly became the most important things to me. I researched like crazy and made inspiration pages in my wedding binder (before the days of Pinterest) so I had a clear idea of what I wanted. Above all I knew I wanted the most BEAUTIFUL photos that represented us. And even though we did all this work to find a great photographer, we were so disappointed with our photos. Now, I realized what mistakes I made and what I wish somebody would have shared with me when I was choosing a photographer.

Karin has been awesome from the start when we booked her almost 2 years in advance to post wedding! Our wedding photos from the day of were everything we wanted. She kept us on time (early) throughout the day! Karin and her team were very thorough leading up to the wedding with calls and online forms to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. Creating our photo album has been a fun process and we love looking at our photos. We highly recommend Karin and her EV photography team!!

Absolutely fantastic! We could not have asked for a better team to capture our big day! As most couples prepping for their big day, you want to choose vendors to help the day flow but also that helps you relax and enjoy. That is EXACTLY how our big day went with the EV team! We truly enjoyed every step of the creative process with Jeff and Karin! We really felt they got to know us and what was important to us. We built a friendship that made the process seamless and fun! We wanted our photos to capture the love, silliness, and subtle unique details of our wedding. When our big day finally arrived they nailed it! Jeff and Karin were more like guests than vendors, they fit right in with their creative, fun, easy going personalities with the greatest professionalism. We cannot be more grateful to have had such talented wonderful people capture our newest adventure and happy memories!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jeff from Ev Photography Chicago for our wedding photography. Jeff was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, answering all of our questions and making helpful suggestions. On the wedding day, Jeff's calm demeanor and ability to adapt on the fly when our trolley broke down really stood out. He helped us manage the situation and made sure we stayed on track to capture all the special moments we envisioned. Jeff has a very personal, elegant, and creative photography style that resulted in gorgeous and meaningful images from our special day. It's clear he cares deeply about capturing the essence of his couples. The photographs Jeff delivered far surpassed our expectations. We booked EV Photography for our August wedding and we loved our experience. Leading up to the wedding, EV Photography was very responsive and communicative. The engagement photos look wonderful and we can’t wait to see our wedding photos. On the wedding day, Karin kept us on track and on time, going through our shot list. Our bridal party and guests commented on both Karin and Matt’s fantastic personalities so that was awesome too! Thank you so much!
