My passion for wedding photography is born from all the things I love in life – beautifully shot films, rock ‘n’ roll music, travel – but above all, my beautiful, creative wife Ellen and our two young sons, Roman and Daniel and our princess Sofie. My family is my everything, and one of the main reasons I was driven to become a professional wedding photographer is that it allowed me to not only witness but to tell the story of the birth of a new family. It’s a privilege and an inspiration to be able to capture the connection and raw emotion between two people starting their lives together.

    We were so lucky to have Alex on our team for our wedding day on the Cape this October and highly highly recommend working with him. Alex joined us for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, as well as the entire wedding day. We could not have asked for a better photographer, or person to spend time with throughout the weekend :) From our first intro call Alex was engaged, thoughtful and enthusiastic about our day and his role in it, and was a very professional and calming presence throughout the process and on the day of - even in the face of bad weather. He was patient with all of us as we figured out our game plan to deal with rain. And ultimately we found a window of time to get our dream shots outside by the ocean thanks to Alex’s expertise. Alex takes his job seriously but also knows how to have fun with it and made us all laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera. This was much appreciated as someone who isn’t used to posing and really wanted the photos to be candid - this is definitely Alex’s specialty and gift! He was also very efficient with our VERY large bridal party and families, making sure to get all the shots we wanted. The sneak photos are amazing and I can’t wait to see the rest. Thank you so much Alex for being such an important part of our big day! Hope to work together again someday :)

    We got married at The Wang Theatre in Boston, and we knew we wanted a photographer who could capture the beauty of the building we had chosen to get married in. Alex did not disappoint!!! We were so thrilled with our photos. Alex's artistic vision is brilliant and everyone we know has been raving about our photos. Alex made the planning process easy. All phone calls with him were easy to schedule and he even hopped on a call late in the evening to accommodate our busy schedules. He used an easy to edit Google Doc Sheet to keep up with our wedding details and was always prepared whenever we spoke to him. On the day of the wedding, Alex and his second shooter, Violet, arrived early and were on time. They were super professional and had a happy energy, adding to the excitement of the day. We chose not to do a first look, which made the photo timeline tight. But, Alex navigated that challenge with grace and we whipped through the family portraits with time to spare, allowing a little extra time for our couple portraits- just like we had asked. Alex is a pro. Do yourself a favor and hire him as your wedding photographer!!! :)
