Hello and welcome everyone! My name is Reba Glaser, and I am a licensed cosmetologist as well as the owner and sole Makeup Artist at YBE Beauty. After 10+ years of working in fast-paced environments built on the principles of quantity over quality, I knew I wanted to create a better and more personalized experience for my clients. My extensive background in customer service provides a solid foundation for me to connect on a personal level with my clients and provide services to those who value friendship, trust, and the art of makeup. I met my amazing business partner Francesca who aligned with all my core values and YBE Beauty was born.

YBE stands for “You, But Enhanced”, something that we emphasize. While we are a makeup artist and hair stylist, it is your natural features that we bring out with our art. We are not masking, but rather enhancing your natural beauty.
