    Jordan cancelled on me, as well as other brides, 3 weeks before my wedding. Thankfully I had 3 weeks because she cancelled on others ONLY DAYS away from their weddings. I understand that emergencies happen, but she had no explanation in her email. It was obviously copied and pasted. We had communicated only a few weeks prior and everything was set, so it came as a HUGE shock. It sounded like she was cancelling on a date that just no longer fit in her schedule. I spent a long time researching MUAs a year prior to my wedding, so having to start from scratch with a VERY small pool of available artists was a nightmare. 3 weeks prior, a wedding in peak October, I’m shocked I was able to find a replacement. Jordan did give me options after I asked, so I will give her credit for that, however, all the options were more expensive than her prices. Then she told me that these MUAs would waive their booking fee and trial fees WITHOUT ASKING THE MUA PERMISSION FIRST, I later found out. This was extremely unprofessional and unfair to those artists!!! She also claimed they were colleagues and friends, but after speaking to other MUAs, It doesn’t sound like that was true. It sounded like Jordan is unreliable and puts people in unfair positions, saying what she needs to say to get by. Aside from cancelling, Jordan was squeezing 7 women into one morning, only accounting 30 mins to an hour for each woman; including the bride! She had originally promised a second artist when I had 8 women and then went back on her word when my number went down to 7 which I didn’t appreciate because I hired her under the pretense that there’d be two artists. Jordan refunded my deposit and after my wedding, refunded my trial fee. I had asked for that refund right after she cancelled on me and she had ignored It, so I was very upset at the time and then surprised to receive it after. I still had to pay a lot more than I planned to, but It was worth every penny to have a different MUA who was reliable, kind, incredibly talented and dedicated. I would not recommend Jordan.

    Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day glam! As a makeup artist, she was responsive, thorough and so helpful in nailing down the perfect bridal look I envisioned. Jordan takes her time to ensure quality application, and her skills truly shine through in her work. She did a fantastic job with my wedding makeup as well as my bridal party's makeup. Everything was flawless and stayed put all night long as we danced the night away. The soft glam look she gave me made me feel like the best version of myself on my big day. I'd highly recommend Jordan's makeup services for your wedding or any special event - her beautiful work and sweet personality are a winning combination!

    Jordan may be the sweetest woman I've ever met- she's so talented and made myself and bridal party look so incredibly gorgeous yet natural on my wedding day. Bonus points for how well my makeup lasted ALL day even though it rained torrentially all day and I did not shy away from the outdoors.

    I am so grateful my hair stylist recommended Jordan! I got married this April and Jordan was able to do makeup for me and a few other important guests. Having never worn makeup before, I was nervous. I went for a trial with Jordan ahead of time and trusted her right away. I tried everything at the trial and then was able to decide what I wanted to keep for my wedding day. Jordan is a phenomenal listener and incorporated all my feedback. I felt perfectly like myself all day, even after hours of eating, dancing, and talking.
