As you know, we are a small boutique business (Family owned!) and we take your comments very seriously, but would love to reply to your concerns as it naturally has a direct affect on the livelihood of our business. We had multiple conversations with you and your sister leading up to your wedding, including dedicated calls (4) one with you, you and your sister, just your sister and you, your sister and the planner. We also had a group chat where we provided updates, photos, and videos of the design process. Your bridal bouquet was custom designed with sunflowers, as you requested. When your sister asked for a different style shortly before the wedding, we explained that we don't typically create waterfall cascade bouquets and that we wouldn't have time to order new flowers. Despite this, we did our best to accommodate her wishes. Regarding the pickup, we adhered to our agreed-upon window and were on time. Unfortunately, we discovered that several centerpieces and bouquets were missing, and after waiting for over 30 minutes at the venue, we learned that guests had taken our items. This unexpected situation forced us to work overnight to recreate the missing pieces for our next wedding. It’s disheartening to think that our hard work and inventory were taken, impacting our ability to serve future clients. We were saddened to hear about your experience with the missing centerpieces and were glad we could resolve it by only charging you for the material cost($175). We also allowed you to keep your bouquet as a memory, despite it being a rental item. It’s disappointing to receive a negative review months later, especially after our conversation where you expressed gratitude for our understanding and support. As a small business, we strive to make each wedding special, and losing inventory can significantly affect our operations. We wish you all the best and hope you can understand our perspective.
