Twelve 31 Events

Twelve 31 opened as a catering company in 2018. Our owner and Chef, Melissa Dolpies, spent more than twenty years in the food industry before starting Twelve 31. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area. Twelve 31 has been catering events all over New Hampshire since 2018.

Melissa's attention to detail and and talent in the kitchen along with her husband, Michael's, dedication to always being there for Twelve 31 clients creates an experience from start to finish where clients feel special and important. Our dedicated staff truly enjoy working at weddings and spending their days with our happy clients.
