Sweet Buns

My passion for baking and cooking started as most youngsters, being in the kitchen with a loved one! For me it started with my mom and grandmother. I have ALWAYS had a passion for sticking close to my Latin roots and infusing an American twist. Being a baking and pastry graduate from the Art Institute of Tampa, I began my journey with my first job in the kitchen at Bern’s steakhouse.

I have been a part of Trump Soho hotel’s Quattro restaurant opening, and many other restaurants in the New York scene. I then turned my experience from hotel kitchens and set my sights on the front of the house. Since opening the Wilson hotel in Big Sky, Montana I have been cooking for just about every event that has been put on.
