As a fellow wedding vendor, he goes above and beyond to bring your wedding the 5 star taste that will WOW your guests. Freshest ingredients, high quality meats and he does NOT take any shortcuts to better his pocketbook. His passion for food and making his guests satisfied with the experience is top priority. Pierre did more than just catering for us! He offered advice on how to make the day run smoothly, room setup, amazing rental pieces like a ladder ice cream/cookie bar, and more! He was a lot of fun to work with and very professional. And the food was AMAZING! All of our guests raved about how wonderful it was and how amazed they were that he could cook salmon and meat that perfectly for so many people! Pierre helped to make our day delicious and unforgettable!
