We cater unique and memorable events in South Florida from our 1972 Volkswagen pizza bus. We make classic Neapolitan pizza and pizza baciatas (pizza sandwiches) fired from our 900+ degree Neapolitan style pizza oven. Our dough is made with imported Italian flour and incorporates a 72-hour fermentation period. Our pizzas are topped with organic San Marzano tomatoes and the highest quality ingredients, seasoned to perfection. We build a custom menu with each of our clients based on food preferences, theme, and season. Slow cooked meats, cured meats, seasonal ingredients, breakfast, dessert and vegan options are all possible.

We had Mamba's Pizza cater my sister's baby shower & it was SUCH a hit. Not only is the pizza truly top-notch, but the overall experience elevated the shower. The Volkswagen pizza bus is so fun & unique, that everyone wanted to take pictures with it. Adam & Lauren are a pleasure to be around & make this experience so memorable. I'd definitely recommend them for all of your events!
