Focused on providing excellence in every aspect of the catering experience, from our initial meeting with Carolyn through our tasting and day of service, Constellation exceeded our expectations in all areas. Each team member assisted in provided us with a personalized experience; including the Chef who listened to our dietary needs and seasonal preferences to craft an exceptional multi-course menu that our guests still talk about.
