We are small, established, award-winning catering and event planning company which specializes in weddings held on the West Coast of Florida. Our focus is on only 1 - 2 weddings a week with an average of 100 guests. We prefer to do limit our weddings so we can spend more quality time focusing on our clients.

We are a one-stop shop for full service catering, design, and day of coordination for one basic price. We also include all floor length linens, fine china, a choice of 30 different guest table centerpieces at no charge. Every wedding is customized to match your style!     Simply Amazing

    Catering by Robert/ Event Concepts is a fantastic choice to make for both a caterer and wedding/event planner. Very very highly recommend this company. Susan and her staff are great, they took our dream wedding vision and made it a reality for us! Not only did Susan assist with planning throughout the entire time prior to our wedding, including a menu tasting and a design. consultation, she made our actual wedding day a dream come true! Susan was able to take all of our visions and make it come together beautifully and flawlessly. The decor was perfect and the food was delicious. Our guests raved about the presentation and the taste of the food. Susan and her team also cleaned up, packed up and put away all of left overs. I definitely recommend Catering by Robert, they are professional and know what they’re doing, they will make your dreams come true! Susan’s team absolutely NAILED what we asked for and exceeded every expectation. Susan quickly and professionally replied to any and all communication from me and always put me at ease. She asked all the right questions so she could be sure to give us exactly what we wanted; She gave advice and offered solutions to problems that we didn't even know we had. On the day of our wedding, Susan assigned an amazing young woman to be my "assistant" for literally any and everything I could ask for. The food was so incredible! I have guests asking me for the catering company’s contact info for future events. A bonus that Susan offers is we were able to get all table linens, cloth napkins, plates, etc. and A TON of decor from them just made everything that much easier when it came to coordinating the whole event, especially on the big day. Every single person on her team that we encountered seemed so nice and professional and happy to be helping our event run smoothly. I'm so grateful that we were able to have this company for our wedding, thank you all soooo much!!! Our wedding kicked butt because of all your hard work.

    Exceptional Catering and Service

    We couldn't be happier with the incredible service provided by Catering by Robert for our wedding! From start to finish, Susan was a delight to work with—she was always prompt in her responses and incredibly knowledgeable about our wedding venue, which made planning so much easier. One of the highlights of working with this company was attending their group tastings. These events, held every few months, gave us the chance to sample a wide variety of dishes and helped us create the perfect menu for our big day. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food! The appetizers were a particular hit—everyone loved the coconut shrimp and mini red stuffed potatoes. The presentation and flavors were absolutely top-notch. Susan’s staff was kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire event. The bartenders were also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly all night long. We’re so grateful to Catering by Robert for their professionalism, attention to detail, and for helping make our wedding day truly magical. Highly recommend!

    Catering & Planning Extraordinaires

    We just used Catering by Robert for our wedding catering on 12/07/24 and we couldn't have imagined having anyone else for our wedding. The food was great, their staff was amazing, and the attention to detail was unmatched. When you sign a contract with Catering by Robert, you become part of their family while you're planning a wedding. Susan, who runs the operation, makes you feel like you're the only wedding they're planning. You'll be invited to bi-monthly tastings from signing until your wedding. We had no doubt that the menu we were choosing was reflective of exactly what we wanted. You'll also attend a design meeting with their team to ensure that the tables you're presenting match your vision. ....and when you change your mind or have any questions, Susan is only a phone call away. They also double as your on-site coordinator for the day, which was a huge help and weight off of our shoulders. They provide linens, multiple centerpiece options, and do the setup/breakdown of your table décor (including cake table, guest tables, gift and card tables etc). For any large events moving forward, Catering by Robert will consistently be our first choice!

    Booked From Out Of State For A Perfect Day!

    Catering By Robert handled our wedding, and while people raved about the food, I’d really like to call attention to the staff. They were beyond wonderful and friendly! And it wasn’t just Susan and Maryn, but every server, bartender, and staff member. We got compliments not just on the food, but their personalities as well. Beyond that, they provide so many different services in one easy, convenient package. We also planned this wedding almost 100% remotely from another state. Being able to work with them from so far away was a lifesaver!

    The best in the business!

    Susan and her team were amazing! I started working with Susan in 2018 planning my daughter’s wedding. Covid cancelled the 2020 wedding, so let’s fast forward to October 2023! Five years working with Susan and her team! What can I say about Susan, from the beginning she made me feel like part of her family and she will always be part of our family. That means a lot when you connect with your vendors. When I met Susan, we clicked, and I knew she was the one to cater and help me plan my daughter’s wedding. Susan was there for me to get through the Covid nightmare and finish planning the 2023 wedding. Which was beautiful and elegant. When Covid hit the March 2020, the wedding was cancelled just about 2 weeks before the wedding date. Susan was there to help guide me with all the vendors and rescheduling. Susan went above and beyond to make my daughter’s day so perfect. She was always there for me for whatever I needed or had any questions and all the way from the numerous emails/pictures I would send, to all the planning and food tastings, which we loved and enjoyed. The food tasting helped us pick the food for the wedding. I love how customizable and creative Susan provided to us. The Catering was the most important thing for us at my daughter’s wedding and they blew it out of the park. They did not forget any detail which was very important to me. Too setting up on the wedding day to her team having the appetizers and cocktails waiting for Alex and Isiah and the wedding party after the ceremony & they also had their food plated (we had a buffet style) for them at dinner which made it incredibly easy for them to eat before they mingled with the guests. I wanted to be with my daughter getting ready on her special day, and Susan and her team did everything! Setting up all the tables and chairs to setting up all the centerpieces. They even packed up everything, we did not have to do one thing, everything was very well organized. Picking Susan was one of the best decisions I made, she even recommended other vendors for us. I highly recommend Susan from Catering by Robert. You would not regret working with her and her team. I could go on and on but truly thank you for everything, Susan. You are the best in the business!
