I began working as a barback for an event company in LA and slowly worked my way up to bartender to working in bars full time. Along the way I realized I loved event work and was actually good at something (finally!) I quickly picked up great clients but then 2020 really gave me time to work on my food skills!

I began from the bottom in this industry. I know what it takes from the clients point of view (I know the things my clients will forget) to my bartenders and servers. I have done it all and understand the in between steps. Having said that, 80% of events will throw a curve ball and I have developed a method of "we're gonna get it done" No matter what happens, by the time we pack up we have executed our vision

    How Can this Be possible! Wow! After seeing all the arrangements and fragrance I said; Amazing: I said after tasting it! These were the two words that started me off when I dined at 'Aeriana's Bar & Catering' for the first time. Because in today's time and race of selfishness, I have seen such delicious food and pure food in very few places. The atmosphere of 'Aeriana's Bar & Catering' also seemed divine to me. Then the food has to be amazing and incomparable. May God provide this food to Every Home!

    The food was exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service and Aeriana is so friendly and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

    Everything went exactly to plan and than some! From being prompt and ontime. To the service itself. They did exactly what I needed when asked, and gave great customer service to my guest. Very thankful for their for what they did. Made the event just thaaat much better! Very much appreciated!
