Hello, Macaron Lovers! I'm Arianne, owner of The Mac Lab! I'm a full time Environmental Specialist for the National Guard by day, and a part time Macaron Baker by night. Last year, I found a passion for baking Macarons, something I would have never imagined doing. I knew that I enjoyed the occasional Macaron wherever I could find it. But never in a million years would I have thought of baking them, and people actually liking them 😂 But alas, here we are! And I'm enjoying every moment of it (even the sobbing-by-my oven-because my-macarons-aren't-coming-out-perfectly moments)
