What some of you may or may not know is that I have two superpowers. During the day, I teach middle school English Language Arts. In the evenings, I turn sugar & flour into sensational works of delicious, edible art. I've been teaching for 11+ years and baking for over 40 years. ​ Both are my passions. As much joy as I get out of teaching, baking is the icing on the cake! About 11 years ago, I turned my hobby baking into a "side hustle" that grew into a thriving business. The journey has been filled with many sweet successes. I look forward to meeting with you and becoming a part of your beautiful story.

I am a very personable business owner. I love love, I love weddings, and I love getting to know the stories behind that love. I connect and make friends with many of my clients. We laugh, talk, and share many moments from our first meeting to the final delivery. Our interactions are more than cake flavors and icing...they're true bonds. We delight in creating stress-free, sweet moments with everyone we serve, while also creating masterpieces that will forever be special to you and to us.

The quality of her work and value was exceptional, going above and beyond our expectations. Sensational Sugah took the time to get to know us, ensuring that the details were perfect for our special day. We opted into a tasting in advance, and the care she took in the preparation and presentation was truly remarkable. For our nearly 100 guests Sensational Sugah created our main cake (two cake flavors with a buttercream icing), a suprise carrot groom's cake, and two smaller dessert options that truly wowed our guests!

    I asked Ms. Perkins to do my baby some cupcakes for his graduation and she did not come to play!!!! The cupcakes were so good, moist, favorable, and the decorations on them was so cute! Everybody was asking who did them cupcakes and took extra ones home. She asked me what was the color and ran with it. She definitely will be doing my birthday cake!! She is top tier!!!
