Gins Baked Goods

Welcome. Gin’s Baked Goods was established by the baker, and recipe developer, Jen Addison. Jen's love for baking was born from time spent in the kitchen with her grandmother Virginia, whom the grandkids affectionately called "Ginna", and her mother Ann. Jen took her grandmother Ginna's recipe box, and skills learned baking alongside her mother Ann and created her menu of delicious desserts. Jen brings ol’ school desserts back into your life and makes you feel like you're taking a bite out of your childhood.

Although Jen gravitates toward traditional southern desserts, she embraces recreating these treasures with gluten-free and vegan diets in mind. We’re here for the cake and creative collaboration-- we take pride in baking desserts for every taste (traditional, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, you name it) crafted with attention to detail and joy!
