Babka Bailout

Babka Bailout began as a way to help a friend struggling to make rent and feed her family during the pandemic. When founder/owner Michal Prevor learned about a fellow mom’s desperation, she immediately opened her heart, rolled up her sleeves and began baking towards a brighter future. Michal’s “babka fundraiser” facebook post quickly covered her friend Carmen’s expenses and soon evolved into Babka Bailout - a booming babka business committed to changing the world one babka at a time.

Babka Bailout now sells addictive, freshly baked babkas in unique flavors such as Ube Nutella Oreo, Cereal Milk, Zhater Feta Mozzarella, Black Sesame and Brie Guava. We also bake the traditional flavors that everyone loves, dark chocolate and cinnamon.
