Hi beauties! My name is Helen.I am the lead makeup artist & owner of Makeup by Helen. I have been in the beauty industry since 2012.I attended makeup school to further my career as a makeup artist.Becoming certified,I learned to work on different skin tones & (personal information protected by Zola) the years,I worked for many different makeup brands & companies. Weddings are so special and fun to be apart of. I get to meet so many fun bridal parties.I also enjoy doing makeup for special occassions such as birthdays,baby showers,prom,graduations,etc.

My goal is to make everyone feel their absolute best by enhancing their beauty. We take pride in being able to accomodate every style of makeup requested whether its natural,soft glam,or full (personal information protected by Zola) work together to make your vision come to life!

Helen at Makeup By Helen was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. As an excellent communicator, she got back to us as soon as she could with any questions or updates. Helen is very experienced and was able to help make my bridal makeup vision a reality - I felt beautiful and confident on my wedding day thanks to her skilled work. Helen has a magical touch when it comes to bridal glam.....she made me the most beautiful bride on my special day.....she communicates well, she is a sweetheart, and her makeup game is on point, and she makes sure she keeps on schedule. I had so many compliments and my makeup stayed on all day, I didn't need any touch ups. You won't regret going with Helen.

Helen is absolutely amazing at what she does! She's very sweet, professional, great with communication and very understanding. I have a few personal issues that I deal with when it comes to my skin and she always made me feel comfortable! Helen did an absolutely amazing job for my trial and especially my wedding day. I felt SO beautiful on my wedding day and received so many compliments. I highly recommend Helen for any makeup needs you may have! Thanks again girl!

When I was looking for a MUA, I was particular about picking someone who was familiar with working on Asian features. I had the trial done the same day as our engagement photos and our photographer couldn’t stop commenting on how well the makeup photographs. She also did some of our bridal party’s makeup and she timed it all so well! I really appreciate Helen and how thoughtful and easy she was to work with. It felt like a good friend was just hanging out with me doing my makeup. I hope to work with her again for other future events.
