"If you can dream it, I can do it". TRUST THE MUSTACHE. I prepare for each event a signature cocktail list once I know the alcohol provided. They will be the best ones you have ever tried. I use fresh fruit squizeed before the event for a better quality (not pre-mixed) and homemade syrups and cordials. I have all the professional tools, interesting surprises for you and your guests, and all the necessary for you to enjoy an unforgettable experience. I speak English, Italian, Spanish, French.

Paolo’s service was over the top, from the twisted mustache Paolo sported above his broad smile when we first greeted to the signature jello mustaches (mezcal/dark chocolate/charcoal…). Every drink he helped us plan was a masterclass in drink artistry, our favorite being a smoky mezcal margarita which he individually infused with a miniature wood smoker. He worked with us to plan the cocktail recipes and enhanced our ideas with his professional experience, and provided a detailed shopping list that made the alcohol easy to source. We had plenty of champagne, wine and beer left over because everyone stuck with Paolo’s amazing drinks all night long, and his detailed focus meant his shopping list was exactly on par to have every drink all night and little unnecessary leftovers. He really helped our special night be truly seamless and amazing!

Paolo was the best choice we could have made for our wedding bartender! The bar setup was absolutely stunning and he was very flexible on the day of the event and way able to create two separate bars for our guests. He was very communicative before the wedding and helped us come up with a specialty cocktail menu with quick and detailed responses. Our guests loved his drinks, and especially how he provided tiny samples of the specialty cocktails so they could try them before ordering! I would highly recommend booking Paolo for your wedding or event!
