A native of Amarillo, Texas, Julie Morrison has distinguished herself as a versatile and consummate musician. A graduate of The University of Texas, Julie played violin in The Amarillo Symphony for 25 years and was a regular member of the Amarillo Opera Orchestra and Chamber Music Amarillo. She also served for 19 years as violist in The Vienna Conspiracy String Quartet. Julie Morrison performs regularly with The Rivendell String Quartet, and in the symphony orchestras of Jackson, TN,Tupelo, MS, Paducah, KY, and Jonesboro, AR.
